Engage 2 is pleased to announce the organisation of its first thematic workshop, which will take place during Airspace World 2025 in Lisbon. The event is part of the Tomorrow’s Voices initiatives, organised in collaboration with CANSO and Firstfruits Services.

This interactive workshop will address how the emergence of new entrants such as drones, advanced air mobility, and space traffic are reshaping the aviation landscape. The session will explore the implications for the future air traffic management workforce and examine the evolving skillsets required to meet the demands of this changing environment.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Discover innovative tools developed under the Engage project.
• Get insights from leading SESAR-funded projects addressing Thematic Challenge #4: Integration of New Entrants.
• Take part in discussions on how technological and operational developments are driving the evolution of ATM.
