About the exercise

Through shadow mode trials, procedures to improve sector team organisation and coordination (roles & responsibilities) were validated. Requirements for improved tools regarding information and task sharing were delivered.

Results

Controllers appreciated the user-friendliness of the pre-operational system in terms of ergonomics and functionalities. They were able to effectively perform their tasks using the new procedures.
