The European Commission and SESAR Joint Undertaking have approved all deliverables that have been produced until now within project ERAT (Environmentally Responsible Air Transport). Therefore all public documents have been published on the ERAT website.
The documents that are now available for download include the validation strategy, the concept of operations for both London Heathrow and Stockholm Arlanda and the experimental plan for the London Heathrow real-time simulations.
ERAT aims to reduce the environmental impact of air transport in the vicinity of airports. The project is co-funded by the European Commission under the Sixth Framework Programme and has a total budget of approximately €7 million.
