SESAR Work Package 11.02 (Meteorological Information Services) will host the 2nd MET workshop at the UK Met Office in Exeter. The focus of the workshop will be Meteorology and Aviation Applications, particularly on how enhanced MET capabilities could help to satisfy operational requirements. As part of this, the workshop will look at managing the uncertainty in MET and the resultant opportunities for ATM. In addition, the workshop will further explore system integration concepts and possible validation opportunities.
